I suggest an oatmeal diet. Its very simple. Oatmeal naturally gels up in your stomach so it makes you feel full faster. To lose weight just eat a small bowl of any oatmeal (including flavored instant oatmeal) before eating a meal. If you don't like oatmeal drink a glass of water about 10 minutes before eating each meal. It'll make you feel full faster also. I have a friend that's doing Zumba workouts 5 days a week and she's lost 9 pounds in 2 and a half weeks so that's a great choice!
